• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on February 8, 2026, or for no-shows

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE 2026 REACHING JAPANESE FOR CHRIST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

These Terms of Participation are for the 2026 Reaching Japanese for Christ International Conference (hereafter, Conference) hosted by the Reaching Japanese for Christ Network (RJC). Please read and agree to them before registering for the Conference. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for the Conference. Any questions or comments or issues related to the Conference can be sent to don_wright@comcast.net. All materials, including recordings, found herein or on the web related to the Conference are solely the property of Reaching Japanese for Christ (RJC). Some materials used herein or online may be owned by a third party, in which case RJC has obtained permission for their use by virtue of a license, grant, or some other form of agreement between the third party and RJC in respect to the promotion of the Conference. RJC is hosting the Conference to advance knowledge in respect to RJC’s mission, to network with other individuals or organizations, for fellowship and entertainment. As a registered participant of the Conference, you are authorized to use materials and resources only if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, and to these Terms of Participation which constitute an Agreement between you and RJC. RJC reserves the right to modify or amend its Terms of Participation policy without notice at any time. If you become aware of the misuse of the Conference content or its audio, video recordings by any person, please contact RJC with your concerns by sending an e-mail to don_wright@comcast.net. All materials contained through the Conference are protected by copyright laws and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means that you may only view or download material from the website that pertains to the Conference for your use and you must keep all copyrighted and other proprietary notices attached to the downloaded material. The reproduction, duplication, distribution (including by way of e-mail, facsimile, or other electronic means), publication, modification, copying, or transmission of material from the Conference is STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless you have obtained the prior written consent of RJC or unless it is expressly permitted in writing from RJC as related to the Conference. If the Conference provided links or references to other websites, no inference or assumption should be made and no representation should be implied that RJC is connected with, operates, or controls those websites. RJC is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that may be linked to the materials or content (transcripts or recordings) from the Conference. The online Conference materials or content may also be linked to other websites operated by groups affiliated or connected with RJC. When visiting other websites, however, you should refer to that website's individual “Terms of Service” and not rely on this Agreement. While RJC does its best to ensure the optimal accuracy of the content of the Conference, you are advised to use the content of the Conference and its materials using your discretion. The content of the Conference, and all materials used at the Conference, are provided 'as is' and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, are provided without warranties of any kind either express or implied.

RIGHT OF PUBLICITY WAIVER

1) I understand and agree that my participation or the participation of my child or dependent, for whom I am legally responsible, in Reaching Japanese for Christ Network (hereafter RJC), give chances of being recorded by RJC and other sponsoring organizations for the record including photo, audio, video, writings, and other methods. (Hereafter, all processes of recording will be indicated as "records.") I hereby grant RJC and sponsoring organizations and other organizations which request and receive permission to use these records by RJC to use my name and age according to the purposes that RJC permits and for the purposes of promoting RJC ministries and meet their interests. RJC can do so unlimitedly without my permission or compensation.

2) I hereby waive and release any and all claims, actions, lawsuits and proceedings that I or my child or dependent might have against RJC arising out of any and all records usage.

3) I hereby waive and release my right to erase, dismiss, destroy, and deny any and all records that include me.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand and agree that my participation or the participation of my child or dependent, for whom I am legally responsible, in such activities is a voluntary activity entered into for the purpose of personal development and recreation. I expressly assume all risks of participating in the event. I hereby waive and release any and all claims, actions, lawsuits and proceedings that I or my child or dependent might have against Reaching Japanese for Christ Network arising out of any injury and any illness that I or my child or dependent might sustain. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses and other costs and expenses arising out of such injuries and/or illness. In the event of an apparent medical emergency, I authorize Reaching Japanese for Christ Network personnel or volunteers to obtain medical emergency help. I have carefully read this release in its entirety, understand it, and sign it on the registration form voluntarily, and am over 18 years of age. I understand and agree to the above provisions and hereby authorize the participation of my child or dependent in the described event.
